FIRST STEP:Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare loaf pan with nonstick spray

Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together until well combined

SECOND STEP:Place half of the mixture in the loaf pan, pressing in slightly

Layer on 3 slices of cheese

THIRD STEP:Add remaining meat mixture on top of cheese, again pressing slightly
