Step 1

Using a large skillet over medium to high heat, brown your ground beef

Step 2

Once your meat has been browned and no pink shows, drain the grease from the pan and mix in your peppers, onions and garlic

Step 3

Cook the mixture over medium to high heat until the peppers and onions are soft

Step 4

Mix in the worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, beef broth, salt and pepper and bring the mixture to a boil

Step 5

Cover and simmer for 10 minutes

Step 6

Spoon mixture onto the bottom buns and top with a slice of cheese

Step 7
