Instructions
1.小葱一部分挽成结，short ribs焯水去血去腥，再加一大锅水和葱姜香茅大火烧开转小火煲四五个小时做成汤底，然后加鱼露和盐还有少许蒸鱼豉油调味。 2.整块的牛里脊（不是切成牛排的，那个太贵做这个太浪费了）半解冻的时候（就是从冷冻室拿到冷藏室约12小时）片成薄片，温水解冻一下泡一下血水。 3.越南牛肉米粉煮熟然后过冷水，速冻牛肉丸入汤底煮熟， 4.米粉放碗底，撒薄荷碎，浇入滚烫汤底，放入牛里脊片（会被烫熟），切洋葱丝（圈）和柠檬也入汤，放绿豆芽，撒葱花，放上一只新鲜九层塔（或者薄荷，或者罗勒），吃吧~
