Step 1

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Peel and slice them into 4-6 slices.In a pint jar add sliced avocados, garlic pods, and red chili flakes.

Step 2

In a saucepan add water, vinegar, salt, monk fruit and give a nice boil or until the monk fruit is dissolved.

Step 3

Once the brine is boiled, add it to the jar filled with avocado slices. Store in the fridge after pickle is at room temperature
