Step 1
In a medium saucepan, fry the onion in the oil until translucent.
Step 2
Add the beef mince and using a fork, stir until it is browned. Break up any clumps that may form while cooking.
Step 3
Pour over a cup or more of water, add the beef stock cube and the seasoning sauce, and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for an hour or longer until the beef is soft.
Step 4
In a bowl, add a splash of water to the flour and mix until a smooth paste. Gradually add 3 tsp of the beef stock liquid to the flour mixture, then stir into the mince. Cook for another 10 minutes or so until a gravy has formed. Season to taste with salt and a generous amout of pepper. Allow to cool slightly.
Step 5
Allow the puff pastry to defrost. Turn on the pie maker. Cut out circular disks. Gently place pastry circles into the bottom of each pie maker hole, then fill with around 2 scoops of mixture. Cover with another piece of pastry and bake in the pie maker for around 10 minutes.
