Step 1
Cook peas in a saucepan of boiling water, for 2 minutes or until just tender. Drain. Return to pan. Using a potato masher, roughly mash peas. Transfer to a large bowl.
Step 2
Add haloumi, flour, onion, garlic, mint, egg and milk. Season well with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 3
Preheat pie maker.
Step 4
Spoon 1/4 cup batter into each hole of pie maker. Close the pie maker. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve fritters with poached eggs and tomato relish.
