Step 1
Combine baked beans, corn, capsicum and chipotle in a large bowl.
Step 2
To make tomato salsa, combine salsa ingredients in another bowl.
Step 3
Use an 11cm round pastry cutter to cut 4 discs from 4 tortillas. Place tortilla discs in the microwave and microwave on High for 20 seconds to soften slightly then press into holes of a pie maker. Close the pie maker and cook for 3 minutes or until tortilla starts to become firm.
Step 4
Spoon some of the baked bean mixture into taco cups. Sprinkle with some cheese. Close the pie maker and cook for a further 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm. Repeat with remaining tortillas, bean mixture and cheese to make 10 taco cups in total.
Step 5
Top each taco cup with yoghurt, salsa and chilli. Season and serve with lime wedges.
