This pineapple nice cream has tropical flavors, thanks to a hit of mango and lime. It takes just minutes to make this naturally sweet frozen dessert in the food processor or a blender. Enjoy it alone, or top with fresh fruit and toasted coconut.

Pineapple Nice Cream

lemon juice or lime juice

Process pineapple, mango and lemon (or lime) juice in a food processor until smooth and creamy. (If using frozen mango, you may have to add up to 1/4 cup water.) For the best texture, serve immediately.


This is refreshing sweet and addicting! And it's just fruit:)

YUM! So refreshing! So easy to make! I used a blender, which could have made it take a wee bit longer. It also might have made it chunkier, but I enjoyed that too!

Tastes like a sorbet! I did use frozen mango and added unsweetened vanilla almond milk to make it creamy.

Great taste and I purified it with fresh fruit and then put it in my Kitchen aid ice cream maker! I was also thinking of putting it in the plastic containers that make popsicles and freezing them Yum!
