In a slow cooker add all ingredients from pork to salt and pepper

Set slow cooker to high for 4 hours

Pork should be falling apart

Using two forks shred the pork in the pot (removing any large fat pieces) and stir around to absorb all the juice

While the pork is cooking set a skillet over medium heat

Add all ingredients for caramelized pineapple and stir until sugar begins to melt

Stir often until pineapple begins to brown and onions begin to soften

About 8-10 minutes add water a few tablespoons at a time to deglaze the pan if needed

Stir until all sides are golden

On a brioche or sweet Hawaiian bun scoop 1/3 cup pulled pork and top with BBQ sauce, caramelized pineapples and cilantro
