2 1/2 cups pineapple, frozen2 cups coconut milk, not canned, refrigerated (use refrigerated almond-coconut milk flavor if you prefer. I like Silk brand.)1 fresh soft pear, cored and peeled or not (or use 1 frozen banana if you prefer)1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp celery seeds ((found in your grocer spice section))1 cup pineapple smoothie (this recipe)1 cup raspberries, frozen1/2 cup pineapple smoothie (this recipe)pinch turmeric powder

Step 1

Blend all pineapple smoothie ingredients until frosty smooth.

Step 2

Freeze in paper cups or a mold with popsicle sticks for a frozen treat.

Step 3

Blend ingredients, and then remove all but one cup of the mixture from the blender and add in the strawberries. Blend until combined and pink. For yellow, remove a half cup of original smoothie, and stir in a pinch of turmeric powder.

Step 4

Serve the smoothie colors by layering one on the other. I layered mine with some fresh coconut yogurt for a tropical feel.
