Step 1

Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2

Spread pizza paste over the pastry sheets.

Step 3

Divide bacon, tomato, onion and herbs over the pastry, and sprinkle with cheese.

Step 4

Roll each pastry sheet up to form a log shape, and cut into pinwheel slices.

Step 5

Place pinwheels on a baking tray. Bake until the pastry becomes puffy and the cheese has melted.
