Step 1

Put tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and salt in a big bowl. Leave to sit overnight.

Step 2

Pour the tomato and pepper mix through a strainer. Then, add the vinegar, sugar, horseradish, and hot peppers. Put the cloves, cinnamon, and allspice in a cheesecloth or a bag with holes in it, and then add them to the tomato and pepper blend.

Step 3

For 15 minutes, or until soft, boil.

Step 4

Place tightly in clean jars and close the lid.
