Step 1

Preheat oven to 375˚F. Brown sausage in skillet on medium heat, about 10 minutes. Drain fat and add in green pepper, onion, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until onion becomes soft and begins to turn translucent, about 6-8 minutes.

Step 2

Line each of 8 slots of cupcake pans with a crescent roll. Manipulate the dough until it forms a small crust and covers both the sides and the bottom of the cupcake slot evenly.

Step 3

Spoon in some of the sausage mixture, followed by the sauce. Then add some cheese and finish by topping with pepperoni.

Step 4

Bake for 16-18 minutes or until cheese is melted and crusts have turned golden brown.
