Knead until tacky but not sticky - will not stick to a clean finger.

Dough can be refrigerated for later use at this point.

Let rise about 30 minutes (optional).

Form into pizza crusts.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Let rise for about 20 minutes while oven preheats.

Bake until almost done, slightly golden brown on edges.

Top with sauces and toppings.

Step 12

Finish baking.
