Pizza Quesadillas

meatless spaghetti sauce

butter, softened

flour tortillas (10 inches)

mozzarella cheese

salami

pepperoni

Parmesan cheese

oregano

These are a kid favorite at our house! Plus, these cook up quick! My toddler would eat them for every meal if we let him!

This is an excellent idea to have the pizza taste but without all the crust. I don't care for salami so I omitted it and added some fresh garden vegetables (green peppers and onions). I also used a four cheese pizza blend in place of only mozzarella. It's nice because it is quick and you can use toppings/fillings to suit the individual tastes of your family.

Paired this with a garden salad and it made a super quick weeknight dinner.  Used sandwich pepperoni.  Definitely will do again.

Super easy and the family loved them.  I added crumbled and cooked Italian sausage to mine and they were so good.  My husband couldn't stop talking about them.

I went with just pepperoni because I didn't have any hard salami on hand.     I used Italian seasoning instead of oregano.   I added some to the sauce as well, along with some parmesan cheese.

My boys aren't dippers, so I left the spaghetti sauce out.  They loved the quesadillas plain.  Super quick and easy lunch.

These are great and so quick to prepare. I put a very thin layer of sauce on one side of the tortillas, added the cheeses and meat to only one half and then folded over before cooking in a skillet with melted butter. Came out so good and crunchy on the outside. Then cut into wedges. Everyone loved them and will be making these often.

Made this with my kids and was a hit. We make alot of quesadillas, but had never used salami or pepperoni in them! A fun twist.

This recipe was fun and easy to make. My husband and son loved these, I used ham,onions mozzarella cheese and pineapples.  These were deeeeLicious will make these again :).
