Soak your cashews overnight (or boil them day of). Begin by making your cheesesauce. Heat a pot with a drizzle of olive oil and bloom your spices: onion, garlic,paprika, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast for about 2-3 minutes on low heat.

Next, add your oat milk and stir until everything is smooth and dissolved.
Step 3
Transfer your cheese sauce to a blender with the soaked cashews until a creamycheese sauce is formed. Toss over your favorite pasta, with a dash of pasta water, saltto taste and top with breadcrumbs!
