Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C and prepare the loaf tin.

Step 2

In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the butter with the sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 3

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing in between.

Step 4

Mix in the vanilla and milk.

Step 5

Mix in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Step 6

Fold in the plums.

Step 7

Transfer to the loaf tin and make the crumble.

Step 8

Combine all the crumble ingredients together in a bowl.

Step 9

Mix on top of the loaf , fully covering it.

Step 10

Bake for 45-50 minutes.

Step 11

Let cool, slice then enjoy!
