Step 1

For best results start with chilled red wine, pomegranate juice and soda water.

Step 2

Put pomegranate seeds and sliced strawberries into a large jug or pitcher.

Step 3

Top with red wine, cointreau and mint, before topping up with soda water.

Step 4

Serve over ice, and spoon some strawberry slices and pomegranate seeds into each glass.
