Step 1
Marinate the pork strips with all the pork ingredients for at least one hour or overnight.
Step 2
In the meantime, mix 1 teaspoon of olive oil with bean curd strips. In a lightly greased cake pan, air fry the bean curd at 380F (190C) for 6 minutes, stir once in between. Remove and set aside when done.
Step 3
Put the garlic on the bottom of the cake pan put pork strips over it. Air fry at 380F (190C) for about 8 minutes, stir once in between.
Step 4
Add in the chicken broth, bean curd strips and half of the green onion and mix. Air fry at 380F (190C) for 4-5 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
Step 5
Mix in the remaining green onion and black vinegar to serve.
