Step 1

Place a wok or large saucepan over high heat.

Step 2

Add the sesame oil and pork belly. Saute, stirring often, until the pork is starting to get brown and crispy.

Step 3

Add the garlic powder and pepper, mix well before adding the broccolini.

Step 4

Saute for 2-3 minutes before adding the tamari sauce, followed by the bok choy.

Step 5

Cook until the bok choy has softened, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 6

Split the stir fry between two bowls and garnish with sesame seeds!
