Step 1

FIRST STEP:In a bowl mix together the flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg, ginger, sage, thyme and cayenne pepper with the paprika and whisk well.

Step 3

SECOND STEP:In another bowl, beat the eggs and add water and stir together

Step 5

Dip each pork chop in the flour mixture and then into the egg mix,  and once more into the flour mix.

Step 7

Press down to be sure the flour and spices adhere to the egg wash.

Step 9

Heat a skillet over medium heat with 2 tbsp of Canola Oil

Fry the pork chops for 5 to 6 minutes per side

Drain on a wire rack

THIRD STEP:In a bowl combine the minced garlic, Olive Oil, honey, soy sauce and pepper

Mix well to be assured that it is all blended

FOURTH STEP:Once drained of excess grease, dip each pork chop into the Garlic and Honey sauce

Step 21

Place on a plate and serve with your favorite side dish.
