Step 1
Heat a skillet and gently cook the ham and pork until browned on each side.
Step 2
Spread butter over the baguettes and toast on the skillet.
Step 3
Layer the pork, ham, cheese and pickles onto the baguette halves.
Step 4
Spread the other halves of the baguette with mustard and place them over the bottom hald.
Step 5
Butter the outside of both sides of the baguettes.
Step 6
Heat the skillet and place the baguettes in it.
Step 7
Cover the baguettes with baking paper and place a heavy pot on top of them so they compress.
Step 8
Cook like this for 3 minutes on each side.
Step 9
Take the Cubanos out of the skillet and allow them to stand for a minute.
Step 10
Cut the Cubanos in half and serve.
