Step 1

Add all ingredients except the prosecco to a cocktail shaker with ice

Step 2

Shake well for 10-15 seconds or until the outside of the shaker becomes frosted

Step 3

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Step 4

Garnish the cocktail with a half a passion fruit, which will float nicely on top

Step 5

Pour the champagne in a chilled shot glass and serve both glasses together
