InstructionsStep 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees. And using Pam, grease a 10-inch glass pie dish.Step 2: On to the bottom of the prepared pie dish, scatter 2 tsp of garlic. On top, place half of the sliced potatoes, overlapping the pieces, then add half of the slices of onion over. Season with salt and pepper and evenly sprinkle with 1/3 cup of your choice of cheese. Make another layer of garlic, potatoes, onions, and salt, pepper. On top, evenly add the milk mixture followed by the rest of the 2/3 cup of cheese and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.Step 3: Tent the pie with foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for about 30 minutes. Remove the cover and resume baking for another 30 minutes. To brown the top, broil the pie.Step 4: When done, slice into wedges and serve. Enjoy!
