Step 1
Take a Potato. Insert the skewer in it. Take a knife and cut the Potato in a circular direction. Then get the spiral Potato till the length of the skewer. Repeat the same process to prepare more skewers.
Step 2
Take a bowl & mix all-purpose flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper, and water to make the batter to coat the spirals.
Step 3
Coat the potato spiral with the batter and deep fry it until it gets golden brown for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Crispy Potato Spiral is ready to serve. Sprinkle chaat masala and mayonnaise.
