Preheat oven to 250ºC. Preheat 2 baking trays in oven.
Step 2
Spread the passata over the pizza bases. Divide the bocconcini, roasted capsicum and prawns between the bases. Bake for 10 minutes or until the prawns change colour. Top with dollops of the pesto.
