Place prawns onto 18 soaked bamboo skewers, allowing 3 prawns per skewer.
Step 2
Combine oil, garlic and paprika. Brush over prawns and stand for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat BBQ and turn prawns over a high heat for 2-3 minues, or until cooked through. Serve with dipping sauce.
Step 4
Dipping sauce: combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, diced tomatoes, cider vinegar, sweet paprika and chopped onion in to a sauce pan. Bring to the boil, stir to prevent sticking. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring often.
