Pour broth, lime juice and Fajita Seasoning mix in pressure cooker
Step 2
Stir in the pasta and corn
Step 3
Place lid on pressure cooker and set cook time for 4 minutes (I use the default cook setting which cooks at 70kPa. My machine's default cook time is 15 min so I hit the cook button until it goes up to 30 min then starts over at 1min)
Step 4
When the cooking time is up, use the quick/manual pressure release if you prefer al dente pasta or let the pressure come down naturally for a softer pasta
Step 5
Stir and pour into a serving bowl
