Step 1

Select “Sauté” function and melt butter in your Instant Pot.

Step 2

Add your pork chops and let them brown on each side (for about 2 minutes).

Step 3

Add mushrooms, celery and onions and cook for another 2 minutes.

Step 4

Add also bean sprouts, soy sauce and chicken stock and stir well.

Step 5

Cook at high pressure for about 10 minutes.

Step 6

Let the steam release naturally.

Step 7

Add cornstarch and adjust with salt and pepper.

Step 8

Stir well to let the sauce thicken.

Step 9

Press “Sauté” again and cook for another 3 minutes.
