Export 10 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
In a 6-qt. electric or stove-top pressure cooker combine the first 7 ingredients (through Italian seasoning). For an electric cooker, bring to boiling using saute setting. For a stove-top cooker, cook directly in the pot. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Stir in pasta. Lock lid in place. Set electric cooker on high pressure for 8 minutes. For stove-top cooker, bring up to pressure over medium-high heat; reduce heat enough to maintain steady (but not excessive) pressure. Cook 8 minutes. Remove from heat. For both models, let stand 15 minutes to release pressure naturally. Release any remaining pressure. Carefully open lid.
Step 2
Gently stir in basil. Top with cheese. Cover and let stand 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
