Step 1
Spread Leggo’s Pizza Sauce on pizza base. Arrange onion, prosciutto and salami on pizza.
Step 2
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with mozzarella.
Step 3
Return to oven and cook for a further 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove from oven.
Step 4
Serve pizza topped with rocket.

For homemade dough, combine yeast, 3/4 cup warm water and sugar in a small bowl, cover with plastic wrap and allow to stand in a warm place for 10 minutes or until small bubbles appear on the surface.

Sift plain flour and salt into a large bowl. Pour in the yeast mixture, beaten egg and olive oil and stir until the dough comes together and turn onto a floured surface and knead for approximately 5 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Step 7
Place dough in a large greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 40 minutes or until dough is doubled in size.
Step 8
Knead dough again for 3-4 minutes and roll out to 4x 15cm rounds or 2 large 30cm round pizzas. Use as directed, baking at the recommended temperature according to chosen recipe.
Step 9
Dough recipe makes 2 large or 4 individual pizzas (halve quantities for 1 large pizza or wrap in cling film & freeze remaining dough)
