Export 5 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Lina a cooke tray with some baking paper and set aside.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients except for your water. Gradually add as much water as needed, to get a nice thick dough. Different protein powder brands require different amounts of water, so add slowly. You're looking for a cookie dough texture.
Step 3
Use a cookie scooper and scoop out 1/4 tsp size of the dough making it into small balls! If you're short on time, you can make larger cookie dough bites (1 tsp size) but you'll just get less per serving! The entire batch should make 6 equal servings, no matter what size you choose to make them.
Step 4
Using a double boiler or microwave, melt your chocolate. Dip your rolled balls into the chocolate or cover them using a spoon.
Step 5
Place in fridge until chocolate has hardened! Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer
