Step 1

Mix all of your ingredients together in a mason jar or other airtight container.

Step 2

Cover and refrigerate overnight. These protein overnight oats will be ready to eat in a couple of hours if you do not want to wait, but letting them sit in the fridge overnight is the easiest method.

Step 3

Add any toppings you'd like and enjoy! You can empty the oats into a bowl or eat them directly out of the jar (my preferred method).
