Step 1

In a mixing bowl combine egg, protein powder, baking powder, water and extract in a bowl. Mix with a wire whisk or fork.

Step 2

The batter should be on the thinner side. But not toot thin. (Too much water will make the batter over flow.)

Step 3

Preheat a waffle maker and spray it with with non stick cooking spray. Pour batter into waffle iron.

Step 4

Remove from waffle iron.

Step 5

Top with your favorite toppings such as: fresh fruit, 2 Tbsp of peanut butter powder ( pb( 1 Smart Point), 1 Tbsp sugar free caramel sauce ( 1 Smart Point) or 1 Tbsp melted whip Jif peanut butter (2 Smart Points)and/or fat free Reddi Whip.
