Step 1
Thaw your puff pastry and cut one disc from each square using a pastry cutter.
Step 2
Brush each pastry circle with a little milk and light sprinkle with caster sugar.
Step 3
Preheat your oven to the recommended temperature on your pastry cooking instructions.
Step 4
Lightly grease a baking tray.
Step 5
Place each pastry circle on the tray, leaving a few centimetres gap between each one.
Step 6
Bake in the centre of the oven until the pastry is puffed and golden.
Step 7
Remove and allow to cool.
Step 8
Meanwhile, wash and slice your strawberries.
Step 9
Now take each pastry and carefully slice through the middle.
Step 10
Liberally spread yoghurt on the bottom slice and then top with strawberries.
Step 11
Now drizzle honey over the top of the strawberries.
Step 12
Take your pastry 'lid' and spread yoghurt liberally on the underside.
Step 13
Place it on top of the strawberries and honey.
Step 14
Now you can enjoy your puff pastry strawberry tart.
