Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously butter a 10-inch fluted tube pan; set aside.
Step 2
Unroll both packages of dinner rolls and separate into triangles (should have 16 total). Starting with the short side of a triangle near you, cut triangle into 3 narrow triangles starting at the point furthest from you. Repeat with remaining dough.
Step 3
For each roll-up, place a pickle or cheese slice on the widest end of a triangle piece. Top with a hot dog piece. Roll towards the pointed end of the triangle. Repeat with remaining pickles, cheese, hot dogs, and dough (half of the roll-ups will have cheese and half will have pickles). Brush finished roll-ups with butter.
Step 4
Arrange roll-ups in prepared pan, staggering and stacking as necessary. Bake about 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Loosen bread from sides and center of pan. Invert onto a plate and drizzle with ketchup and/or mustard before serving.
