Step 1

Prepare pizza dough following packet directions.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan forced. Line base and side of a 23cm springform pan with baking paper. Place a 7cm deep, 9cm wide ovenproof dish in the centre of the springform pan. Combine butter and seasoning in a small bowl. Season with pepper.

Step 3

On a lightly floured surface, roll out one portion of the dough to a 12 x 24cm rectangle. Cut the rectangle into twelve 4 x 6cm smaller rectangles. Brush one of the rectangle dough pieces with the garlic butter mixture. Place a frankfurt in the centre. Wrap the dough around the frankfurt, stretching the dough as you wrap and pinching the ends together to seal. Arrange upright in the pan. Repeat with the remaining dough, garlic butter mixture and frankfurts, arranging them in a circular pattern.

Step 4

Brush tops with remaining garlic butter mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and puffed. Set aside for 10 minutes to cool slightly before transferring to a serving platter. Spoon the pasta sauce into the bowl in the centre for dipping. Serve.
