Step 1

Heat the pan to medium heat, add oil and egg.

Step 2

Stir-fry the egg for 1~2 minutes, add the onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add cooked rice and stir fry for 1 minute. Add the pulled pork and sauce and stir well with the rice. Transfer it to a plate.

Step 4

Add some pulled pork sauce on top, add sliced scallions and sesame seeds. Ready to serve.
