FOR THE SLAW:

- add the tofu, the lemon, the salt, black pepper, and water to a blender, blend until smooth

- julienne the onions, carrots, cabbage, and kale, add the tofu blend and massage it well so the vegetables break and become softer

FOR THE PULLED BANANA "PORK":

- wash thoroughly the bananas on running water

- peel the bananas and cut the peels lengthwise, forming strings

- heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add the onions, saute until lightly golden (6-7 minutes), if you're using minced garlic cloves, add and cook for 40 seconds

- add the banana peels saute for 5 minutes, add water if needed

- add the garlic powder

- add the bbq sauce, cook for 1 minute more
