Method1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees and line 2 x 12 muffin trays.2. Chop parmesan cheese for 10 sec/speed 8. Set aside.3. Weigh in pumpkin,sweet potato and parsley and chop for 5 sec/speed 6.4. Add remaining ingredients along with reserved cheese, and mix for 5 sec/speed 5.5. Spoon batter into muffin trays and bake for 20-25 mins or until an inserted skewer comes out clean. Serve warm or room temperature.
