Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Mix together the oats, maple syrup, pumpkin, oil, spice and salt.

Step 3

Spread mixture out on a non-stick baking surface in a thin layer.

Step 4

Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Break up the oats and bake for another 10 minutes.

Step 6

Cool completely.

Step 7

Once cooled, stir in the nuts and pumpkin seeds. Store in an air tight container and enjoy!
