Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 180°C (th.6). Versez la farine, le sucre, la levure et le sel dans le bol du robot.

Mixez pendant 1 minute sur vitesse 5 puis ajoutez le beurre coupé en dés et les œufs et mixez à nouveau sur vitesse 5 pendant 2 minutes 30 à 3 minutes.
