Preheat your George Foreman Grill for 5-10 minutes with the lid closed.
Step 2
Pour the soy sauce into a shallow bowl. Dip the pork chops in the soy sauce. Make sure to get both sides wet.
Step 3
Now take the brown sugar and rub it into both sides of each pork chop.
Step 4
Place pork chops on the heated grill and close the lid.
Step 5
Cooking time is only 4-6 minutes but check after 4 minutes for doneness. Internal temperature on an instant read thermometer should be 145 degrees F.
