In small bowl combine ketchup, horseradish, a dash of Worcestershire, a squirt of lemon, and a dash of Tabasco sauce. Chill and serve.

Great!  Thanks!  I did add a titch more horseradish, but thats a taste preference for me. 😉

Don't buy store bought cocktail sauce, this recipe is easy and delicious. You can adjust the spiciness by adding or subtracting horseradish and tobacco. 

We don't buy cocktail sauce anymore! Easy to make and delicious! 

Delicious,  however, I like to substitute chili sauce for at least half the ketchup,

Why oh why did I ever buy cocktail sauce?  I had shrimp but no sauce so I just used this recipe.  Left out the Tabasco cause I didn’t have any, and used creamy horseradish because that’s what I had.  Also really didn’t measure.  It was so much better than any I ever bought!
