Cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Hand whip eggs, half-and-half, mayonnaise, and flour in a medium mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into an unbaked 9-inch, deep pie crust. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the top is golden brown.

Creamy and delicious.  Added crumbled bacon.

This is my family's go-to quiche recipe...endlessly adaptable; totally delicious!

I usually find I like a lot of garlic and onion but it was just too overwhelming in this . Next time I will probably leave it out . You really need to bake until the whole top is brown . Most of mine was so I took it out and it wasn't set up in the center. I did pre bake the pie crust .

This is such an excellent quiche.  I make it all the time for friends, family, teachers and anyone else.  Prep time is less than 10 min, and everyone always asks for the recipe.  Kudos to the creator.  Oh and quick tip:  to make 2 quiches, I simply add 2 eggs and a 1/4 cup more half n half.  I have made as many as 12 of these at once.

Fun, fast recipe and very easy to modify. However,... unless you have all your ingredients prepped and ready to go, it does take more than 5-minutes. Added chopped ham, mushroom seasoning powder, pepper and substituted some shredded mozzarella for part of the cheese because this was a fast dash for a Friday night meal and I used what I had on hand. I’d certainly make this again and incorporate more summer vegetables from the garden or even bacon, when I have more time. Thanks!

Was very good!  I did add pepper and a little extra onion, garlic.   Very easy to put together.   I need to find a tastier frozen pie crust though.  I didn’t love the one I chose.   A good simple recipe that can be adjusted easily for other veggies and cheeses.  

Just what I was looking for - simple easy and refreshing taste. I love cheese but since a family member doesn’t I was light on the cheese.

I have made many quiches in the past and everyone is unique.  This is the first time with this recipe. I added 3 strips of chopped up bacon and instead of mayo I uses a spinach and artichoke parmesan dip. Extra sharp cheddar cheese. Also added thyme 6 pepper spice and crunchy onions.
