Step 1
Begin by cutting the pepper and onion into chunky bite-sized pieces, then peel and crush the garlic cloves

Add the chopped onions, peppers and sausages into the air fryer, sprinkle with the paprika and a drizzle of oil and cook for 8 minutes on air fry mode - or until your sausages are browned a little
Step 3
Whilst this is cooking - make up the chicken stock using boiling water and a chicken stock cube

Then, transfer the sausage and veg into the other basket - this basket should be completely empty and your food on the base of the basket

Add the sliced potatoes into the basket you've just transferred the sausages out of and shake to coat in any residual oil (add a little more oil if needed) - cook for 20 mins on air fry or until cooked to your liking
Step 6
To the sausages and veg - add the rest of the ingredients (the 'sauce' ingredients) and stir to combine using a plastic utensil
Step 7
Cook this on 'bake' mode for 15 minutes
Step 8
Then, serve and enjoy!
