Drizzle olive oil into a large skillet over medium-low heat. Place skinless tilapia filets into skillet and sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper, sea salt and lemon zest.
Step 2
Cook for about 4-5 minutes and then carefully flip to cook the other side for about 4-5 minutes, until fish is golden brown.
Step 3
Serve with lemon wedges.
