Cover parsnips and potatoes with cold water and bring to boil, season with salt and cook until tender
Step 2
Warm milk and butter in small pot
Step 3
Drain and pass parsnips and potatoes through a food mill, put back into pot and stir in milk and butter
Step 4
Add pub cheese, stir to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste
Step 5
Top with chives
