Step 1

Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook breakfast sausage for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Pulse onion, carrots, and broccoli in a food processor. Add vegetable mixture to pot, cooking for 5 more minutes.

Step 3

Add garlic and mushrooms, cooking for 2 more minutes.

Step 4

Add steel cut oats, vegetable broth, sriracha, and soy sauce, stirring to combine. Cover pot with lid and reduce to simmer. Cook for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Stir in edamame and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 6
