Mix yogurt, protein powder and some plant milk until well combined. Add some raspberries and fold through, then mash the remaining raspberries and set aside.⁠ Crush 4 Biscoff biscuits and evenly divide between 3 small cups (reserve some for the top)⁠ Evenly divide the “cheesecake” batter between the 3 cups, then add the mashed raspberries on top.⁠ Melt the Biscoff spread and add on top, top with the remaining crushed Biscoff biscuits⁠ Let set in the fridge for a minimum 1 hour and enjoy⁠
